- Team Entries are only valid if an amount of 150.00 Euro per team is received within 3 months of entering.

- Each team has to forward a complete Attendee List with names, addresses, date of birth at least 4 months before the tournament begins.
- 4.
- Each team has to forward to EOFS e.V. two (2) team photos 130 x 180 mm, at least 4 months before the tournament begins.
- 5.
- Each team is to bring their country or state flag for the Opening and Closing Ceremony.
- 6.
- Entries will be received from 1st September 2004 to 30th May 2006.
- 7.
- Persons are only eligible to play if they have paid the entry fee and there names are on the team register. Spare players can be registered later.
- 8.
- There will be no refund of entry fees for cancellations received after 1st October 2006.
- 9.
- Insurance is the sole responsibility of the team or individual. Under no circumstances are officials, agents or associates of EOFS e.V. legally responsible for any claim whatsoever.

- Accommodation can be arranged by the EOFS e.V. and a range of categories is shown below:
